Habits of Lifelong Learners

Just watched the lifelong learning video again after a couple of years (7 1/2 habits of successful lifelong learners). It's now a bit dated but still a good statement on personal education, and presented in an effective way.

Alltop

I just learned about a new Web resource - Alltop. Its purpose is to collect stories from “all the top” Web sites. The sites are grouped in collections (referred to as aggregations) and arranged topically. The top stories are displayed and the listings are frequently updated.

Flickr

Photographs can be fascinating and the seemingly endless photographs available via Flickr can easily lead to lots of time exploring. It is very easy to set up an account and upload photos. I did one just to find out how to do it. It isn't an especially good one and I need to remember and take time to remove it later.
